HOW TO APPLY

  Student studying

ACE is open to any current UC Santa Cruz undergraduate interested in science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) fields who will contribute to a diverse and motivated learning team. Priority is given to EOP STEM students, although all applicants are considered. Each student is reviewed individually based on a combination of factors, including academic history, academic goals, disadvantage and a desire to work in groups.

Every quarter, ACE sections support selected science and math courses. Download and print the current application, select the course(s) you wish to be enrolled in and turn into the ACE department, 199 Jack Baskin Engineering.

Before applying to ACE you must make sure that you are enrolled in an ACE supported lecture. At times there are two lectures of a given class during the quarter. ACE may only be supporting one instructor. This will be indicated on the ACE application.
